Personnel management today acquires special significance, since it allows to implement, identify a whole range of issues of adaptation of an individual to external conditions, taking into account the personal factor in building an organization's personnel management system.

Human resources is an integral element of the personnel management system. It is a set of skills and capabilities of personnel, which allows to ensure the effective functioning of the organization. Talent management is about aligning the capabilities of people with the goals of the organization.

Listeners are provided with access to the course materials for 180 days.

In the course of training, all participants receive free access to the IPRBook Electronic Library System and the YURAYT Electronic Library, as well as to the Consultant Plus Help System.

After completing the course, based on the test results, a Qualification certificate and a Certificate of advanced training of the established form are issued.
